Has anyone noticed that Clokey has taken nearly all of his marks in the true CHF possie the last 2 weeks ? The long wide leads have disappeared. Have we finally straightened up forward of the center ? Is it Dawes keeping him (Trav) at home ?
It opens up the game for crumb goals as well, hope it continues.

30.20 so far this year.

And according to yesterdays article Cloke claimed he had kicked another 20 complete misses for shots on goal.

Now that they have Dawes in the side they are using him to push further up the ground giving Cloke more time in the forward 50. Even with Medhurst pushing up field more often in the last few weeks.

I suppose it comes down to the opposition and trying to expose that back halfs weakness.

Next year I'd expect Trav to kick in the region of 55-60 goals at least for the season. For most of this year he's been our only tall forward, and as such copped two and sometimes three opponents. Providing our tall forwards stay injury-free next year, Trav should kick many more goals.

This season has definitely been invaluable for him as a player; learning how to deal with being the focal point of our attack for several matches.
