Surprised this hasn't been posted yet (unless I've missed it).

OFFICIAL: #watfordfc are delighted to confirm the signing of Roberto Pereyra from Juventus on a long-term deal.

From what I understand this is a bit of a coup from Watford. Supposed to be an excellent footballer.
Their Italian ownership helps, but yeah, solid player, IMO he's a Southampton/Everton level player

He maybe but he's still not good enough.

Gnabry will be a better option.

We're supposed to be pretty close to signing Ante Coric. Will be loaned straight out if he does come.
What's the sauce on that one? We were linked to him before the start of the window but haven't heard anything about him in like 2 months

I thought he was signed sealed and almost delivery a couple if weeks back, what happened?

I assume haggling over price and a bit hesitant to drop a somewhat decent amount of money on a player that isn't a striker, as it's been said that has been a number one priority for a while now.
With the window closing in under 2 weeks, probably need to commit to signing at least one of our targets.
I honestly can't see Arsenal getting a striker, knowing Wenger he might try his luck in January.

poor guy, leaving lfc must be devastating:

Got it off the CityWatch twatter. Was in one of the nationals, can't remember which. But it backs up a lot of talk around forums and the like that it's not far off happening. Apparently not the easiest of negotiations but two clubs not too far apart.

We haven't made bids for him but have watched him closely. Guess once city come in we drop out
Yeah guess so

We normally treat City with respect re transfers and they show us likewise, there seems to be some mutual respect between the two clubs imo, they've never came in and tried tapping up one of our stars or come over the top on deals we have in the pipeline

Chelski on the other hand, **** em

Starting to sound like we've finally given up on K2:(

Got a week and a half to sort out our threadbare defence.
Last year, we spent the whole window chasing Stones and steadily increased our bids before being snubbed at the end of the window. We then turned our attention Marquinhos. PSG said no so we ended up signing some shit truck that no one has ever heard of.

This year, we spent the whole window chasing Koulibaly and steadily increased our bids before being snubbed at the end of the window. We then turned our attention to Marquinhos. Guess what happens next ;)
