It might be that at this stage we're the only ones to have agreed a fee in principle with PSV and subsequently been given official approval to negotiate with the player. I'm sure it won't stay that way for long though, and I'm sure other clubs will have been tentatively speaking with his agent regardless of whether or not they have formal permission from PSV.

Yeah, apparently Liverpool are the first to seek permission to speak with the player. PSV have confirmed that United have made contact with them about him in the last few days so I'd say we'll follow suit soon.

Chelsea wouldn't sell for less than 100m and rightly so. He is the best player in the EPL. Like normal if Real want him they'll break another record.
