The thing is roman is worth several billion. So 10m pounds or 200m pounds does it make a difference to the Russian? I don't think chelsea would sell a player , cause they want money. Only if the player wants to go to barca or madrid I suppose

If they keep Eden, buy bale and koke/pogba. That is a hell of a team

Of course it does, with FFP Romans billions are nothing, they sell Hazard for 200m they then have 200m to spend on players.

If Hazard wanted to go I don't think he would have signed a 5 and a half year contract.

If Real wants a player they get him. They are a step up from any EPL club.

Players leave for money and or trophies, he'll get plenty of both where he is. I wouldn't worry at all, he's going to end up a Chelsea great.

People sign 4 or 5 year deals then go, pretty often now days

Suarez recently came out and said Real Madrid approached him first but he rejected them and waited for Barcelona to come forward. I posted a link to the article in the on topic thread. There would be so many failed attempts to sign players that no one would've heard about because those kind of stories don't sell. Who wants to read about a signing that didn't happen?
