Can see it happening as well, is well down the pecking order at Barca
Will they allow him to leave while they're subject to this transfer ban? Remember that they can't bring anyone in to replace him until January 2016 so you'd think it'd be unlikely they'd let him go until then.

I think Barca will have cover with some Barca B players if required.

wouldnt be so sure. barca b are having a horrific season and are likely to end up relegated unless they pick things up. apparently the academy standards have fallen off a cliff in the last couple of seasons.
Great to hear.

Only in as much as Arsenal could cast off Ozil and expect Serge Gnabry to do a similar job. Barça have a couple of decent players coming through but none of them are anywhere near Pedro's standard yet.
They still owe us tons from the deal, and he wouldn't be sold for more than £60-65m ish anyway the way he's playing. I don't see it happening, but I think wages would be the least of our issues if it did.Can you see Levy spending the £75m+ and £250k a week wage he would command?
Reported Bayern has interest in Guendegan...bad luck Man U no chance for you if true

Pedro is a bench player, they just need to replace that for a few months.
Alonso, Schweinsteiger old and injured often. Alaba injured often. Hojsberg might be back next season but maybe not.Why would he want to go sit on the bench?
Bayern midfield is insane
I dunno. I guessed.I don't think he's as much on the outer as you suggest. He still plays & scores regularly (on track to make 50+ appearances again this season). In addition, he's the only other true forward that they have outside of the starting 3 of Messi, Suarez & Neymar (as superhuman as they are, aren't capable of playing every single minute of every single game), he's still a very important part of that side and not the sort of player whose impact they can replace by just chucking in an untried academy player.

We're at a deficit on a superficial level - but we actually made money that season having sold Parker, Caulker etc.But remember Tottenham spent that money, there's no credits in the bank.
£90 million in - £90 million out
Now you want to buy him back - its at a loss to Tottenham even if its "only" £60-65 million.
And if you start paying Bale £250,000 a week you set a precedent - all other players are going to be expecting higher wages.
