James Rodriguez would cost over 45 million I'd imagine. Would Arsene spend that on Rodriguez? I know he bought Ozil for big money last season but Ozil had been established for a while (and admittedly I don't think has lived up to the pricetag).

Very unlikely him buying Rodriguez, he went for about 60 million dollars before, Monaco won't let him go imo for anything less than that, they probably will want more. Just a rumour imo
