Assuming they play a 4-2-3-1 Walcott-Ozil-Sanchez seems most likely I'd imagine

Obviously both prefer to be on the right, I would think you'd more likely see Walcott on the right and Sanchez in the middle.

Last season all our midfielders rotated throughout the games, so it wasn't so fixed, I think we could see something along the lines of;

Giroud/Remy
Ozil-------Sanchez-------Walcott
Ramsey-----Schneiderlin
Gibbs-Mertesacker-Koscielny-Debuchy
Szcesny

Switch around Sanchez and Ozil and that's what i'd go with too. Ozil is wasted out wide for Germany imo.

Alexis Sanchez is confirmed to Arsenal great signing for the club! Debuchy announcement is imminent now just for a DM and maybe a Remy and we should be set. We will push hard for the title if all signings come through, Sanchez and Debuchy are a great start though.
