Idiots...
Herrera sticks out like a sore thumb when you're trying to fit everything in, he plays his best at no.10
POTM in the Champions League final as well, not sure if officially but certainly for me.It's quite bizarre isn't it.
Di Maria was phenomenal for Madrid last season.
No a 12 year old has better sense.I'd take Di Maria over Rodriguez. Are R.M run by rich 12 year olds??
+1I'd take Di Maria over Rodriguez. Are R.M run by rich 12 year olds??
Absolute rubbish.
He was only used as a number 10 last season and it took him a while to get used to it too. Prior to that he operated as a CM for the majority of his career, he plays his best football as a deep lying play maker where he absolutely destroyed us in the Europa League, he is equally comfortable playing box to box. I think a lot here have a false opinion of him being a purely offensive player, he's very creative but he loves to get stuck in with a tackle and his reading of the game is top rate, he actually managed more interceptions and tackles last season than Carrick and Fellaini combined.
RM will sign Falcao this week.
Amazing pick up for United no doubt but Madrid are just nuts. Di Maria is a superstar and they just rid of him like that crazy just crazy
We'll see how tough he is in England then
I never said he was a purely offensive player, I merely think his football is best when he gets to go forward in more advanced areas in the hole. So sensitive Mancs can keep their panties on
Getting more interceptions and tackles than those two nowadays is like winning a foot race against turtles
I agree that he's at his best when he can get forward and have an impact but you could say the same about Vidal and he's no number 10. He's only played the one season as a number 10 and it's a waste of his talents imo as he's always been highly regarded in Spain for his defensive abilities. It will be interesting to see how he adapts to a tougher league but he has the same sort of aggression to him that Scholes had so I don't expect him to be shying away from a challenge.
Di Maria is with Adidas as well, the United 7 shirt is gonna sell a heap next season.Di Maria 7
That would look good on a United shirt.
