How many crows players that didn't front on Saturday scored ratings from the SM in the Kadina showdown? I noticed Bode got 5/10.

Wilbur never got rated, and he did play. Which drunk did the Sunday Mail send to do that?

Luke Peel apparently wasn't on long enough to earn a rating.

Apparently Fergus Watts was playing and got 5/10 for a couple of his kick outs

Apparently Martin Mattner didn't spend enough time on the ground to get a rating while Michael Doughty didn't get a rating at all.

Go figure.

As I mentioned on another thread, the journalism / editing standard of the Sunday Mail as atrocious. They badly need to lift their game.

I noticed Schuback got an 8 which is higher than any Port player and up there with Goodwin, Johncock and only behind McGregor with 9 yet from all reports those others played very well yet nothing was mentioned at all of Schuback.

Was he really that impressive?

Schuback hasn't done much wrong with his opportunities in the pre-season. Can't see him breaking into our full-strength starting-22, but with injuries should play quite a few games this year. IMO, ahead of Burns, Bode & Ladhams at this stage.

Schuey only played half a football and he was ultra impressive across half back. Read the game well, provided plenty of rebound and used the ball exceptionally well. As I said in the other thread he has a fantastic left foot kick and he can kick it a mile.
