I really liked that, thought it very interesting, the Lions part really surprised me. Was that done before or after the dogs game? I got the impression it was before.
Done 5 days ago so before Jewels.

HAHA - Gerard not missing PFI on Sydney today "because I'll never hear the end of it." 🤣 🤣

Has been so funny. He has been smashed by phone, text and email. One of our elderly supporters rang Gerry a few weeks back and bluntly asked him why he refused to mention Us and whether for some reason he just did not like us. He as flummoxed. This was not long after the infamous preview of the Swans v Pies game he did with Buckley. Buckley also quasi apologised.

I know we are ripping them from all over Oz but expect SEN has been shocked how much they have copped and the level of support we have.

Love the best of 3 GF idea.
Play 1 and 2 at the clubs home grounds and rotate the third around the country.
I don't know if I'm in support of best of 3, but if they did it I'd prefer week 1 at higher finishing home ground, week 2 opposition home ground, week 3 if needed back at higher finishing home ground. Rewards home and away season performance.

First Crack is def one of the better footy shows, gives all the games pretty much equal coverage, actually uses data and analysis to support their insights, and aren't afraid to have a crack at a big idea (which admittedly can sometimes blow back in their face). And it's over in an hour.
We won’t win this week now.

Tagging is an interesting debate right now. Somehow, the Swans have found one of the best in Jordon. Essendon are using Guelfi but he looks to be limited to tagging half-backs whereas Jordon has shown he can do midfield tagging (Walsh) as well. Hawthorn have Finn Maginness. Apart from that, I can't readily think of other taggers. Perhaps there are others but my point is that it is a specialist job. It would be hard to find two players who can do it well against both Heeney and Warner. Especially when the hardest players to tag are those that can go forward and take a mark inside 50. Both Heeney and Warner can do that.

Not sure if this should be here or in general discussion but as it refers to the talk of Heeney and Warner being tagged from First Crack I'll put it here.
Jordan’s tag failed against Dogs

TL/DR: That Sydney are so good at everything proves that Collingwood will win the flag.
The ‘ol peaked too early hopium from the Vic media. I mean did anyone ever say that about the mighty Jack Hiscox ? Still holds the fastest ever 3km time trial at 9:06. The relevance of this fact to your post is well…. Non existent. But at least I can talk about fast players, just have to work on my conversational segue skills.

Swans talk starts 7:55 mins into show. Nothing much but Purple with a nod to how important Dane Rampe is to us.

We did but they showed us no respect defensively.
Wouldn’t beat them now.
Strange conclusion. We're still playing footy at a higher standard than the Pies, despite the gushing over them, and what's more, we're doing it for far longer during games. Not just ten minutes here and there of the top shelf stuff.

We'll find out later this year if we do beat them, but suggesting right now that we won't seems, quite frankly, odd.

Great segment 'On the Couch' talking about the connections with Erol chatting with Dane, Oliver, Nick, Brodie and Tom about "How are you going?", "How do you feel?" like a Health or Care check, etc

Wonderful leadership for a 21 year old.

41:25mins into On the Couch for those interested.

Was a good discussion around it from Lyon & Co in regards to how things have changed in football and then Bucks brought up how Amiss withdrew into himself due to poor kicking and the impact of communication from teammates could have assisted if they'd been more aware.

I could see it on TV, I'd be amazed if they couldn't see it in the day to day. Bucks' point is spot on.
I remember AJ talking about how much Rhyce had helped him when he was struggling.
