All pre post bets placed between 4 Aug & 11 Sep are to be refunded,including the Japanese promotion.
Refunds for horses who didnt pay up are available from 9am Wed 12th.

Nice work from the TAB but their hand was somewhat forced as Sportingbet & Betstar had already announced they would refund.

That's a ridiculous bet mate, so long to go till the race and so much can go wrong in that time that the price benefits don't sufficiently outweigh. You deserve to lose your money if you punt like that!

Yeah, I knew the risks but happy to place the bet, and being the biggest firmer for Cox Plate at the time I wasn't the only one.

If it hadda raced woulda placed!!.. and I bet I wasn't the only one thinking that.

As long as he knew when and where the best was placed he would have got the money back without the ticket through a lost claim.
