Ryan O'Keefe has started his own cooking show pretty sure its based on our old cooking thread, it will be starting out on a youtube channel or something similar then free to air, then pay TV until its a world wide phenomenon... Im hoping someone can provide a link or even its own thread.

If anyone has actually bothered to watch the recipe I do similar with chicken and use Thai ingredients in the mortar and pestle such as chilli, lime, kaffir leaves, lemongrass, garlic etc, also we use the same global knives.. good onya ROK will try your bland style too lol

My thoughts were it's a weekend dish where I actually have time to prepare it. Despite being almost cliche in his presentation, no one could doubt he knows his shit.

yeah that crossed my mind, 2hrs for the lamb then an hour and a half for the veggies, only one oven suggests it not something you just whip up.. but not a lot of work just the same, footballers have plenty of down time.
I love watching other peoples recipes but I never follow them exactly, I like to get ideas and add my own spin.

Back to work today for the first time in nearly a week, still can't speak at all.

In absolute shock, my Year 12 History teacher passed away from cancer. He was the best teacher I ever had, and I just can't believe it.

His son was a friend of mine at school. He got to go over to America recently to visit him and I believe see him graduate in his final few weeks which is lovely to know.

Terribly sad though. Pancreatic cancer seems to be one of the most brutal forms.

Don't want to preach if you already know this, but pancreatic cancer is hard to diagnose, because the pancreas is 'hidden' behind other organs. By the time its discovered, the cancer has progressed too far.

American TV is weird. They have a reality show for absolutely everything, and I do mean everything. Currently watching one with my relatives about a guy who decorates cakes for a living. He just wheeled out his masterpiece, a glow-in-the-dark monstrosity, at, wait for it... a zombie modeling exhibition.
