Interesting.

Farmer, Duff, Warnock would be "most likelies", IMO.

So who goes in and who misses from Scotty-too-Hotty, Murph, Ibbo, Peake? My guess is that Peaker will get another run.

I guess that tackle wasn't enough to save Black. Both him and MCArr have been on the edge for a while now.

Funny to see Ibbo come in, someone here gave his last WAFL performance a real pasting.

Hope you're right Kenny. I'd like it to be Wiz, Warnock, Ibbo - and Duff earnt his spot from last week. :thumbsu:

Let Thornton have another week or two at Souths; Murphy too; and Peaker can get some form from a couple of weeks at the gummies. That's what I would do.

I think Peake or Ibbo will get a run. We seem to have enough height down forward which would go against Murphs and that backline looks solid. Just can't see a job for Scotty at the moment.
Peake over Ibbo purely based on experience IMO.
Good side though:thumbsu:

Apparently a hip injury but i would have dropped him regardless. Too undisciplined still!

Is Matt Carr 'injured' or has he actually been dropped? When was the last time he was dropped from the team?

About bloody time - this is the best 25 players we've had in the side this year. Richmond will cop a spanking.

Wow, I am impressed.

Tarrant in for Murphy
McPharlin in; Black Out
Soloman in; M Carr Out

Controversial choice
Garrick in; Gilmore out (don't hammer me too much)

If Required
Thornton for Hayden (only if inj.)

Relieved to see Matty Carr out for Solomon. Are they sending a message to Farmer naming Schammer in the forward pocket? and Daniel Gilmore resting in forward pocket? I'd actually like to see him have a run on Richo. I thought Gilly was excellent at times on Cloke against Collingwood and similarly did some good defensive things against Hawthorn and WCE. This would free Johnson to go forward. And I know its out of left field.

Peake was definitely an improvement over the week before. I wouldn't think Ibbo deserved a run based on his performance last Sunday -- although I concede he was apparently carrying an injury.

Ibbo is a real project player - mainly because of his pace - I read somewhere that Foster is thought of more highly down at East Freo (or at least was last year), so I'm kind of surprised to see him in the team.

I'm glad about Thornton - not sure whether he'll play, but he adds real run to the team from half-back, he'll probably be in if Hayden doesn't come up.

Black is definitely in our best team, but is a little bit shy of match practice at the moment,

If Happy is to take M Carr's role as a tagger then he should get a run. At least you get a consistent game from Gilmore. I think the team needs precise kicking from the midfield and Garrick offers just that.

See this is awesome harvs is getting tough you dont perform an your gone.
If your a big name thats been in team for years u get an extra week or so to prove yourself if u dont your gone.

If ibbo plays peake will be out but doesnt look likely to happen

ins will be taz,solly,mcpharlin
outs mcarr,black an murphy

Although i havent heard much about Haydens knee really hope they havent hid that bad news from us

Peake was definitely an improvement over the week before.

And yet, he had the worst disposal ever seen on an AFL field (other than perhaps the time Mick McGuane had an injection an couldn't actually feel his leg :D )

Very pleased with Harvs selections this week. I'd like to see Peake sent back to the WAFL - let him know his run and effort of last week is what we are looking for, but he just can't be carried with disposal like that. If his disposal improves, he comes straight back in.

if i were Marcus drum i would be fuming !!! ....

this kid has done nothing but good things - proving himself in the WAFL and Harves / Connolly have refused to blood guys like him, Ibbo and Murph.....

sorry just my rant for the evening....

good looking team otherwise :) :)

Good team. Pleased that form is finally being rewarded over reputation, except for Tarrant and Peake but now there is not the despairing feeling that they will be carried indefinitely if they don't step up. Very happy.
