I have been slowly building up spreadsheets to calculate the win % and loss % of first Oz cricketers and then all nations' cricketers after an article in The Roar by their stats guru about 3 years ago, about the winningest Oz cricketers and found that there was no easy way to find the data on publicly available cricket websites, for all Oz and international test players.
The once free Cricket Archive website run by many of the official statisticians of national and state/provincial/county bodies and people who work for broadcasters might allow you to find this info via a query, but as its been behind a paywall for about 4 or 5 years, I don't know if they provide this info, but I suspect that is where Jarrod Kimber got his info from for the video I have linked below.
They do have a free website with basic info, and at this link you can see the list for;
stats.acscricket.com
These links show players who have 30+ wins, losses and draws at the individual links. This was my starting point 3 years ago. Cricinfo's, Statsguru Query lets you list players by each nation for, wins, then for losses and then for draws from 1 to the highest for each category, but that is a slow processing after dumping the data into spreadsheets.
Jarrod Kimber between the MCG and SCG tests put up a video linked below, discussing the Winningest Test Cricketer and showed several graphs including 2 - one by win percentage and another by Win/Loss ratio for players who have played 50+ Tests.
I was able to reconcile his graphics from my spreadsheets for both lists, so I thought I should do if for players who had played less than 50 tests and have nearly finished between 30 and 49 for most nations.
I have a list of wins, draws and losses and their percentages and their W/L ratio for the 233 Oz test cricketers who have played 10+ test.
10 tests was the median number of tests played by Oz Test cricketers when Nathan McSweeney was the 467th Test cricketer picked for Oz last year v India. Ie its the mid point, as 233 have played 10+ and he was the 234th who had played between 1 and 9 tests.
Ok it wont let me cut and paste the info like prior to the Big Footy upgrade, so I will paste screen shots from my spreadsheets.
This is Kimber's video from the other week.
