Though to be fair, coaches in pressers say what they think need to be said in pressers.
Behind closed doors who knows

Fair enough too. Grain of salt and all that.

I think there's definitely more going on than just a couple of players coming back in... Perhaps it's a bunch of factors. More players doing what's asked of them, players like Varcoe back in, White and Howe doing well at either end, Cox doing what Clokey struggled to, Treloar getting better and better, Pendles back in the middle and looking healthier, the zone apparently being played a bit tighter, Reid back, Grundy having a fine game, all kicking straighter for goal... From little things, big wins grow.

A huge test next week.

You've summed up a lot of it, yes.
And the better play of Crisp, Greenwood it all adds up

I imagine your bedsit littered with Red Bull cans, Wagner blaring, as you type until you fall off your chair.

Hmmm, well I like Red Bull, and I certainly like Wagner, though I'm more of a Chopin/Haydn guy, but I don't even know where there's any bedsits in Queensland, and I suspect my wife would find it a tad cramped. I promise you I have no desire to swap lives with anyone here! If you need to be personal (don't worry, I'm totally used to this approach from people who have no rational debate to offer). I have a ridiculously great life, I'm very well paid for a job I'd do for free and get to work from home (A lovely 3 bdrm house with pool 40 metres from the beach) with my amazing girl. This gives me leisure to indulge my passion for a silly game, and a club I've loved since I could form thoughts (best 24th birthday ever!). I write more for myself than anyone else, so the personal attacks are a kak!

Oh, and I don't type on a chair. :)

Where do you find time to impart your knowledge with all that self love you're expressing?

Do your other aliases live the same life or have you got more of a Tyler Durden thing going on?

Just love the many varied Collingwood supporters.
From the modest to the less than modest....

i don't believe Buckley will be the man to take us anywhere...
in my opinion he should have never been appointed coach...
it took a while for him to win us over when he first came to Victoria Park... then we loved him as a player
he wasn't a great captain, we had nobody else...
now it's time for him to leave the club... he has been rewarded very well for over 20 years and has been given a decent go as coach...

I can relate. How is your routine? I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

You've still got Jassppeerr...
YOU ALL HAVE JASPER!!!

I'm sorry...no rose for you :(

Did anyone else just put on a raincoat and start dancing to Huey Lewis?

And of course, we all know how much Patrick Bateman likes...Phil Collins.

Their early work was a little too...new wave for my taste.

But do YOU like Phil Collins, Bad Horse? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, uh, Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Jasper, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Bad Horse, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Bad Horse, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as, uh, anything I've heard in rock. Jasper, get down on your knees so Bad Horse can see your ass. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and, uh, Against All Odds. Bad Horse, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.
