I don't understand this ? I don't think it changes that yet, Boston have to get back on home court and make sure the get the W. I still think the scars are their from those 2 games and if the 3 ball misses again....

Like I said the other day Boston should still win this series, more consistent and when they are "ON" they are the best team in the entire comp.

I mean from a NY pov. Had a chance to really put a stamp on series & flopped badly @ home. Boston only lost by a bucket in both so it’s more glass half full for them.

Just think the self belief will be restored to go on with it now.

I still think losing like Boston did at home twice in a row would have more negative effect than the one decent win? Either way Boston bounced back and probably will again next game but hopefully we take it to game 6 or 7 and who knows.

A team thats slipped under the radar in terms of just having a very good defense. Not a defense high on steals or blocks but one that definetly pressures the ball handler and makes it hard to get out of a jump shot game

Cleveland have 3 assists for the entire half to Pacers 25. Mobley/Allen cant even touch the ball on offense never mind get involved.

I think this series is over with Pacers winning. Interested to see how they go in the next round

The decent win was validation for being 20+ up in G1/2 & a realisation that they’re comfortably a better team. It’s subjective but it’s just how I see it.

Could look like a fool tomm but I fully expect us to win again & consolidate at home to take control of series.

I could be wrong but I read more into a side choking blowing 2 x 20 point leads at home doing more to the psychology than the easy win. I think there are still more questions about the Celtics. The 3 ball worked last game but didn't the first two, a lot of pressure on them if they start missing 3's again everyone will remember the first two results.

There is no real pressure on the Knicks here, underdogs that everyone expected to be swept by the Celtics but they know if the Celtics start missing those 3's they can score against them quickly.

I could be wrong but I read more into a side choking blowing 2 x 20 point leads at home doing more to the psychology than the easy win. I think there are still more questions about the Celtics. We played a more balanced game, despite the amount of 3’s we put up. Brown was cutting hard to the rim & generated FT’s, we had different guys putting on screens, our D was locked in & we halved the TO’s, which opened the gate for NY to comeback both times.

The sum of the parts of our game was better, not cos we just hit our 3’s. If we’re putting those other parts together even if we have a shit shooting night, I think we know it’ll still be good enough.

That’s the difference it brings psychologically & the other 2 games mean **** all to the players, despite how much of a tasty narrative it is for you & all non Boston fans to harp on.

Don’t get me wrong I’ve said the whole season Boston are the best team when they are on but like any sports team losing the way they did x 2 has to put some doubt psychology wise.

You could argue that New York can say when they play at their best it can beat them they’ve proven that now in two tough situations on the road against the defending champs. New York put in their worst performance of the play offs last game. I don’t think will play as bad as that tomorrow, not saying will win but I think they’ll come back stronger.

OG had 29 in the first game and 5 and 2 in the next two, he needs to hit the scoreboard. I don’t think he or Bridges hit any 3 last last match which they were key parts of winning both those first two games.

At least we’ve made a series out of something everyone thought Boston would just walk up and win.
