top episode tonight... kwame has really surprised me, i didn't think he'd make the top 4, but he seems to be doing okay, he should have given omarosa the biggest spray, i couldn't believe her... but i think bill has it in the bad, we'll see what happens...

Bill will so obviously win. He is leadership material, Kwame is not in the same league. Unfortunately he chose Omarosa, and double unfortunately, he ended up with Omarosa and Heidi (not a good combination). Bill has a strong team, and 3 of the top 4.

If Kwame was a leader, he would have fired Omarosa on the spot. He does not have to put up with her, I'm sure Trump would have been impressed if Kwame did let her go. What a lying cow she is! A janitorial role is too good for her. I would love to slap her so bad, she needs to feel pain because she will never learn otherwise. I'll give her a real migraine.

Kwame was never going to get anywhere with the team he selected. Hopefully in real business, he doesn't hire people just because they are black.

Kwame didn't make the final 2 because he is outstanding. He made it because he has flown under the radar and not p*ssed anybody off or made a fool of himself. I haven't seen him do anything noteworthy in a challenge yet. Mr Average. Bill should win this.

I reckon it should have been Bill v Amy. Some of the comments about Amy seemed harsh. She would have had an easier time as a guy.

I totally agree! My mistake, it wasn't the finale. Stoopid Omarosa...I can't figure her out...

Harsh? More like correct. I loved it when she got absolutely destroyed in those interviews. She's had a god complex the whole time - good to see real business people take her down a notch.

Kwame made a couple of mistakes when handling Omarosa last episode imo.

One mistake, first of all, has to be why on Earth did he pick her in the first place ahead of the other candidates (Amy, Katrina and Heidi were still available at that stage if my memory serves me correctly, surely at least one of them were of my value than Omarosa).

Second, was when Omarose received the phone call, he should have demanded Omarosa to tell him if the call was involved in anyway with the task, and if it was, demand to know the contents of the phone conversation and demand to know what action Omarosa was taking in regards to the call. Troy asked to know about the phone call, but Kwame seemed reluctant to rock the boat and demand to know about the phone call.

Thirdly, when it was shown that Omarosa had lied and screwed up, he should have repimanded her stupidity/arrogance, and probably fire her on the spot.

IMO, if seems Kwame is intimidated by Omarosa and doesn't want to rock the boat and get into an argument with her, even when she stuffs up (possibly, even sabotages) and deserves at least a reprimand.

Pornstar's right about Kwame, he's definitely gone under the radar and not rocked the boat which has played to his advantages. Along with Troy, and to a lesser extent Bill, he's been one of the more likeable candidates imo. He speaks well, is always quite well composed, even under pressure. But, Bill does have better leadership qualities and I doubt he would have let Omarosa get away with as much as Kwame did.

The first act by the final two would be to look at the task in hand before giving the three members of the 'team' a job.

Then , once they had seen the tasks weren't that huge go to them and say 'no hard feelings but just sit back and enjoy yourselves - I'll keep you on in advisory capacity only.

one reason for this is why would they be loyal to him - they have been sacked, but the main reason is th golf club and the casino already have very good executives who he could talk to direct - get the benefit of their experience without it being 'filtered' by someone like omarosa.

I'm not sure why trump set it up this way but seems stupid to me. But there again why did they dismantle the team of women who were so successful - you'd never do that in business.

Thats right. Nick didnt look overly impressed that he had to work under Bill.

I reckon it's all a ploy by Trump. Obviously he's using Omorosa and Nick as moles to upset the tasks. I'd think Trump would like to see how each would respond in a crisis and see who thinks quicker on their feet, It makes perfect sense.
