I disagree. I think Katrina should have been the one to get fired and I think she would have gone had she had to face the music. To sell the water you need to get across two things to the customer: 1) the figures on how much money they will make - the customers are in business to make money, and 2) the quality of the product - they want to know that it will be a seller. What she did is try to put across that she was marketing a product and trying to give it a real 'buzz'. She was telling them what she wanted to do rather than what was in it for the re-seller. She's not up to the task and hopefully will get fired soon.

As for Erika, it was obvious that she left her friend out because of personal reasons (seen this sort of behavious numerous times in real life) and it was her downfall. She also tried to get Bill to gang up on the bloodnut. Once you show this side of yourself to someone who isn't a confidant, people won't trust you.

While I don't mind her leaving, I was getting very sick at Nick's smarmy bull****. Hope he goes soon.

He won't last much longer but there was almost no chance that Katrina (or Erika) weren't going before him.

I've only watched the show twice (complete) and one boardroom sacking, but I'll give it a go:

Kwamie: Going under the radar from what I've seen. Will need to emerge soon or will be considered to not have enough leadership qualities.

Amy: Haven't seen enough of her but I think it was her who negotiated the gold club? If so, she is a big chance. Most of these people have no clue about sales and what approach to take. She nailed it.

Bill: Big chance. Seems to be very tactical. Knows when someone else has messed up and shuts up shop knowing they will get fired before he will. He knows if he keeps pointing out other's mistakes he will just looking bitchy.

Troy: Big chance. Lacks the class of others but gets the job done. Trump might like the idea of smoothing out his rough edges and turning him into a big winner.

Nick: Can't win. Is a career salesman and obviously has talent. Didn't have the ability to take control and use this talent. If he has any leadership qualities, the others would have known that he would be the one to call most of the shots in selling the product.

Heidi: Unknown quantity to me.

Katrina: Bitchy, arrogant, over estimates her ability, and lacks talent. Can't win.

Omorosa: Can't win. Has obvious talent but too many people don't like her. You can't become a good leader if you are a dislikable person, not to mention she'll be up in the boardroom too often which will increase her chances of being sacked

The ridiculous 'buzz' pitch was Ereka's.

As for Erika, it was obvious that she left her friend out because of personal reasons (seen this sort of behavious numerous times in real life) and it was her downfall.

I thought it made sense for her not to include Katrina. Bill was with her on the big sales and Nick was meant to be the gun salesman and he failed.

I think Ereka did a poor job, but Nick was the bigger failure in this task.

I think it will come down to Bill or Amy. Troy is next in line, but his midwest Idaho boy appearance will count against him in the end.

One other thing - how stupid are they, and they're meant to be some of the brighter talents.

They did not pick up that to get around the storage problem customers had they could have just done a whole heap of forward sales. Troy finally twigged, and they seemed to think it was a stroke of genius, but the other side didn't seem to get it.

Typical American business people.

I like Nick, but very much doubt that he will win.

I can't really see any of the females winning it at this stage. I think Bill win win, Troy will get close. I also wouldn't discount Kwame at this stage, even after last night.

I think Troy is the most talented amongst them. Thinks on his feet and knows how to manipulate people. Had a shocker in last night's art episode, though. Hope he wins.

Trump is a phony. Built his empire on debt, just like Alan Bond. His hotel chain have been losing money for the last 8 years. He struggled to meet a $100M interest payment recently. House of cards just waiting to fall.

for me the standouts were troy and bill mainly, with amy the best chance out of the women... but nick has loomed as a bit of a darkhorse... although he hasn't been super in a few of the tasks, everytime he's led a task he's been on fire... showing he's a true leader, and i reckon that's what trump would look for...
