Rain Delay chat: would a roof basically eliminate all weather effects? Like, obviously it's going to eliminate rain being a factor, but would it also negate dew/moisture in the air that can lead to swing bowling near rainy periods? May be a dumb as dogshit question but just wondering if the air would be less damp inside compared to outside.
Not to mention that the sun baking the pitch is basically non-existent. Would be an interesting change of pace in groundskeeping with Tests.
Can you give me the jist of what they said?
There’s about 5 people in the ground at Tauranga - quality looks like the Ballarat a Cricket Association gameHow does it compare to the BBL?
Sydney skiffs?I would rather see another repeat of Lethal Weapon rather than Gilly, Binga and Junior banging on about how great Ussie was.
much preferred Pontings with that saidIn a nutshell, Ponting's taking basically the same team to England except Kellaway for Weatherald, which surprised me.
Katichs sqaud was a bit more flexible
Small Kiwi population, they only seem to show up for Aussie/England tests. The Windies series was pretty poorly attendedThere’s about 5 people in the ground at Tauranga - quality looks like the Ballarat a Cricket Association game

If there is one Test that needs a 2 day pitch it's the SCG lolAlmost every bloody god damn year this test rains.

It’s great to go and watch Test matches at because nobody goes and you could literally sit anywhere you want and more importantly plenty of grassy banks to sit on. Highly recommended The BasinSmall Kiwi population, they only seem to show up for Aussie/England tests. The Windies series was pretty poorly attended
How about getting cooper Connelly in the test team
Wgaf if it's a snooze fest.

As regular as Essendon not winning a final, it’s raining in Sydney. Not sure which streak has been longer.
Pretty much every Kiwi/Aus test match is full of us Aussies fawning over being able to attend a NZ test with a lawnchair. It’s great to go and watch Test matches at because nobody goes and you could literally sit anywhere you want and more importantly plenty of grassy banks to sit on.
