The Ventnor in Port Vincent and Coopers Ale house Wallaroo make bao buns to die for

Bao buns are just...I had some in a little cafe in Kangaroo Island four years back. They were three for 20 or 4 for 25 and I had some other Vietnamese dish but the wife was getting those so I said "get the 4, get the 4, I'll have the 4th" and my god, the sticky sauce, the chicken, everything was balanced it was the best.

I just make mine with BBQ chicken, shredded carrot, cucumber, chilli, coriander, hoison sauce and Siracchia mayo. Just have to get that chilli balanced between "could I have had a bit more to no ****ing way could I have had more "

Yep, just yep.

There is a woman 50ks from where I live that does the best bah mis...I make the trip reguarly. When my brother came down to Mt G, I got him to come with me and we shared 5 bah mis between us.

When we were 20, we could have gone 10. It is really strange to say that the best Bah mis in the state are in Millicent...but they are. Guy brought his wife over and she is making them rich.

Yeah, where I am we have a lot of Karenni folk (thai folk, close to Viet border) and we had a family move across the road. They had a wedding and we got an invite, I was straight up accepting because I thought at worst, the food would be OK...seriously, how much did I eat that day.

Almost had to tell the bride that she wasn't getting pregnant eating food I should be having, "stay slim, tight quim = babies" not second course, loose intercourse = cheating husband
So no Karenni sausage
