How true is this? I heard this elsewhere and mentioned it to a toon mate today and he said they can spend £175m without sales.

I'm not putting Isak in the bank just yet, if neither Liverpool or Newcastle shift on the price, they won't reach a deal whether or not Isak is unhappy with Newcastle. I think they are unwise to try and keep an unhappy player though even if they can afford his salary.

We still need to gel our new players into the squad though, which makes us vulnerable.
