As the twins said, something like not having a GPO where one should be is a rookie mistake.

I get that the producers of this show need to create story lines but like if anyone has actually watched the show; there's a few basic things that you should already be aware of:

Never leave out eye level storage in a bathroom (not that I agree with that necessarily)
Over do it with power points
There's probably a fair few more

I get that it was the 'work from home' space and that there is quite a lot of people that are working from home these days post covid though I don't think suggesting that Ryan & Rachel's house not winning the block because they opted out of having a work space is all that correct

You don't need a home office to work from home IMO, and those places are so big you could put a desk anywhere really. So I agree with H2's reasoning about not putting in a specific space for it.

But the lack of GPO in H3's home office space was a big mistake. I did agree with that. Although, there is a thing called an extension cord. Very low-tech, I know, but works quite well. I agreed with the judges that S&A's desk looked like a kitchen bench. The concrete top was a bad choice. What's wrong with just a good old-fashioned desk with legs you can move around? A desk would have cost a third of the price of that bench thing. That looked permanent. The fireplace was too big for that space and in the wrong place. Lot's of bad decisions in that space.

That concrete desk was ****ing awful, imagine those hard edges trying to work on a computer, etc. No thanks

Looking forward to seeing H5 when its done, that looked pretty good.

re. House 1- are those sky lights able to be blocked out? at all? Would hate to be sitting up there in the middle of the day, you'd get absolutely fried lol.

I get your point re an extension cord but when you are going to pay $4m for a furnished home, you certainly would expect better than that oversight

Not just that, it would be bloody freezing working on concrete.

Thought that as well. There’d be times of the day where the sun would be smashing straight into your face, you’d need to slip, slop and slap to work in your home office.

Is there any limit to how many skylights they get provided? They’ve put eight of the bastards in that space, what’s that worth?

That TV area in H2’s space was pretty pox too. Jammed in that corner, next to the steps, with the tv on an angle on the bracket. Hardly lux living.

Yeah I don't think S&A are anywhere near the most hated couple ever. Just silly and lazy
They wouldn’t be all that popular after badmouthing and lying about everyone about their builders, budget, work …he’ll they even badmouth the show that’s going to potentially give them a nice tidy profit

ok, now i seen last nights, episodes... WTF!!!! You dont need a budget to have a brain, use your BRAIN, that doesnt have to have a budget to operate. I would boot Sharon off the show just for that 1 comment, just pathetic. But you expect no different from the most hated contestant on the block
