I really like the tactic of H1 doing these peripheral rooms relatively cheaply & simply, presumably so they can lash out on living areas. Can’t wait to see what they produce in their living & kitchen.

H2 is excellent. The tiles are fantastic. This is a 9 for me.

H3 - A beautiful bathroom, but did they need to spend all that money ($37G) on what would basically be a guest bathroom if it was used that way? 9/10

I don't have underfloor heating in my bathroom, and I find when you throw a nice fluffy towel down to stand on, that does the trick.

Once again... in a guest bathroom.

How many times a year are you going to need it? And even if you are someone who has guests in your house, how many are coming during the coldest time of the year? My friends come to visit during summer holidays like normal people.

And yeah underfloor heating, you're not spending 30 mins getting dressed, I don't think it's necessary. But if you're paying several million dollars for a house you probably expect.

H4 - Agree that the toilet should have been more hidden, but I don't think it's a deal breaker for buying that house. The styling of the room was great. 8/10

H2 was the winner as far as I was concerned, but playing the gnome is fair play.
