H3 if not for that bench top color was clearly the best looking. H5 grey color sucked, looked cheap and that freestanding orange cooker is horrible. Love how the judges are following the script, my favorite color is orange, oh they matched the stove with some oranges, give me a spell. They needed money so here’s a win and we’ll through in a 10 as well. H5 pantry was terrible, not high end at all, and the laundry was terrible too, a small bench that they weren’t criticized on like H3 and a horrible looking drying cabinet. Anything to cause more drama on the Block. The only person buying this house is Danny Wallis.

The H5 kitchen seemed a bit average. You are 100% correct, down to the script perfectly for that one.

I had a look at the floor whilst watching the reveals and tried to work out the flows, H2 does seem a bit small for the space. It was nice though, just a bit small.

Yeah I liked H2's as well, but the size really let them down.

I just realised H1's reaction to the whole secret gnome- they were laughing and seemed delighted with the whole situation.

Good on them- hope they do well at auction.
Yes lol, Leslie thought it was hilarious. She couldn't contain her happiness lol

Shame because looking at the floor plan, they could have done away with the butlers pantry and extended the island bench and then had this kitchen facing the outdoor decking.

Could have been an amazing set up there.

I thought H4 was very hard done by. I really liked theirs.
I think it's good that they are being marked harshly for lack of functionality (aka what has happened to H1 a couple of times now). It might be a couple of steps around the corner to the butlers... but honestly... Put some f***ing pot drawers in the kitchen space, it's literally a no brainer.

And I think they should have switched the cooktop and the sink. With no splashback there it is gonna make a mess every time you use it.

The laundry is a massive issue too. They could have put a powder room under the stairs and just made it one big laundry with storage.

Anyone keeping track of each house's spend? I completely forgot to look out for it tonight.

Didn't hate H3 - at least it was a butler's pantry kind of worth having. It's come at the expense of the dining "room" though.

I'm not sure who needs 4 ovens and 2 wine fridges in addition to a normal 2-door fridge.
Could you picture if someone did a house with just 1 oven and a fridge? Not 3 wine fridges? Lmao

We only know that after the kitchen build, H5 had zero dollars left. It was revealed that each house would be given an extra $80,000 for landscaping (why they need that much is beyond me?) and now the girls in H5 have to use some of that to finish their build. They'll get $20,000 from their win and a ten, so that'll help.

No walkarounds of each others rooms this week?

Kristy’s lack of self awareness is crazy, and Brett blindly following her, unable to see it, is wild.

I hate all these ensuite designs, no one is ever going to use 2 of those “dinner plate” shower heads - if you’re “showering” with someone, you actually need to be able to reach them.

Not surprising, the winning room was probably criticized by eveyrone and they left it out.

Probably why they included Neil Whitaker in the judging this week to follow the script. Marty Fox would have crucified them for that Orange Oven.
