Why add 2 X kids rooms. Those 2 bedrooms just need to be nice functional bedrooms. Maybe 1 for the competition, but the buyer is now looking at doing re-work in these rooms.

Honestly you are better off getting the bones of the room right, then doing the kids suddenly via styling snd furniture.

Anything that's built in to the room or difficult to get removed could limit you on auction day.

Didn’t realise how close to Nepean Hwy they are. Nothing great about that area. Can’t see them reaching the reserves without Danny’s help. Not even close to the beach so I doubt they’ll work as Airbnb’s.

Leah and Ash looked fake as **** and managing their own poor image on Monday with the "confrontation" then by Tuesday Kristy and Brett managed to cement that they actually are complete campaigners.

This whole "decorated kids bedrooms" thing is, I'm assuming, more a rich ppl thing.

I never remember having a bedroom anything like this when I was a kid. (and nor should I who cares.)
