The problem is that the injuries for Carlton and other teams will only get worst. We are into Round 10 and there is something like 179 injured players across the competition. It will only get worst as the season progresses.

Another person mentioned the correlation between being a premiership player and a premiership coach. Teague never played in a premiership, Hardwick did.

Love Kouta and not knocking him its only my opinion regarding him filling the Director of Football Position. Lets Face it, he is no Neil Balm etc. and for that matter neither was Judd. Director of football needs to be a good football brain with some business background. Kouta Failed in a few franchises and has not been involved in any coaching or assistant coaching position since retiring, Great player but he has not further developed in football management.

Its not about knocking a winner its about for once doing due diligence and picking the best person for the position.

Director of football needs to be a good football brain with some business background.
