So is this worth a buy? Are the issues being fixed up. Loved the look of it early but the reviews are making me question buying it. Definitely need a new game though.

Top game for me. It still has its issues but they are working on them and the game is always improving. Ive maxed things out but if you get into the Crew part of the game and pvp then it has some lasting value. Storyline is very short but it does enough to get you into the game and explore the full usa world.

Cheers mate think I'm going to buy it. I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this but is there any chance that theres an offline local multiplayer mode?

As you guess no offline option. One advantage about the game always being online is that they fix the errors and the world is always changing with car specials and special events ect you never really know what is going on in the game when u turn it on. Only problem is that with the server issues u may not be able to play cause you can't get onto the game server in the first place !

Yeah thought so. And nice, really like the sound of that. The whole online aspect is what drew me to the game in the first place but its a shame the issues have turned a few people off. Is there a decent online community?

Yes even though you don't see that many random when your playing ie around 10 at one time if you have lots of friend playing from psn then you can see them too .
The crew official forum has been great for me made lots of psn friends etc

Good one ! If you are interested and on the ps4 my psn is GoldenGStar . Once you get into the game abit you can use your psn friends to make easy money. It's hard to make money at the start and some cars cost up to 1 mil to get so every little bit helps . I'll help you with some missions if you like and I'm online too cheers and good luck [emoji106]

I honestly couldn't tell you. I just didn't. Maybe I just didn't give it enough time, but the time I did give it just wasn't enjoyable.

I got it on the weekend. $49 from target and I had a westfield voucher! I'm actually enjoying it, the only thing I don't like is the menu navigation etc. Can't stand navigating around the HQ, and I don't understand upgrading my car. Enjoy the driving and the missions though. And the scenery is phenominal

Picked this up today and am enjoying it so far. Did a few of the main story line missions, then did a big road trip all the way down south. Seems like you could spend weeks exploring this game.

One thing I really like about this game is how seamlessly you can jump into one of the little challenge race thingys as you drive along without having to wait for a load screen. Really helps the game flow.

I never actually finished this game. Got up to a race in California where everyone had super cars and you race at an actual race track, couldn't beat that stage, so I just stopped playing

I think just after that was one of the best races of the game where you race the same supercars down the California Coast which awesome.

Is anyone still playing this. With Crew 2 coming next year this has a rewards program that unlocks stuff now for Crew 2. Wanting to know if it is time consuming. Thinking of playing it a little each week to unlock as much stuff as possible for crew 2 launch

I played it a bit again recently because it was cheap at EB and there seems to be some significant handling and visual upgrades since launch. However I had to stop because of some bug that happened if I had been on for 10 or so minutes I would get an infinite loading screen when trying to enter HQ or a shop. I googled it and seems to be an old bug and with Crew 2 coming up I wasn't sweating on it being fixed. Surprisingly though there were still heaps of people playing.
