There is ice on the north cap and ice in the southern cap. There are polar bears in the north but not in the south, which suggests they drop over the edge if they go too far. This is evidence the world is not round, otherwise there would be no edge.

I unwisely tried to get my 'Rhombicosidodecahedron Earth society' going a few years ago but as some critics said the shape was simply too close to real thing to get the crazies on board - and I also overlooked the fact that 99% of my prospective members couldn't spell the title...
