Tbf the history also says, and this is a dirty little secret that Australian cricket doesn't like to talk about it so that's why I'm bringing it up, is that picking guys under 24yo has often been a disaster for everyone involved.Who should we be selecting?
History says that 70 - 80% of players under 22 picked in the test side have been A grade players who where making good runs in shield cricket.
