Quite a good fight and a decent opponent(Not World Class Coxon) this is the type of Opponent Mundine should have faced after Mayo earlier in the year, he came to fight and applied pressure. Superb Uppercut though, I'll give Mundine credit for that punch, absolutely shattered the South Africans nose and spirit. He still looks vulnerable when he is in close or backing up which will cost him against a real top ten fighter.

Had a good chuckle when he rated himself alongside the current day Pound for Pound fighters. Thornberry's best chance will be to survive the early rounds and take it into the late rounds and test Mundine's stamina.
