I watched Christian's press conference for the first time today and thought he was fairly rational and considered in all his explanations.
Certainly knows the letter of the law and being able to explain the tribunal's decisions and field questions about them is a vast improvement on the old system.
Allowing precedents also bodes well for greater consistency.
I actually thought Cleaver may have been in deeper water for the knee than the noggin.

Bought the sunday times today and noticed that there is not one article about Fremantle in the sports section was pretty poor form but expected given the journalists that add content for the paper (none also in the front pages which was good).

Only mention we got was a snipe from Karl Langdon that he hasn't been able to get access to Lyon on his sports show for the last 2.5 years and we featured in his roast...time to boycott 6pr's sports (eagles) show as well I guess - 91.3 sportfm seem to be a good alternative so I'll tune in to them for rest of year.

Folks seem convinced that Karl has some kind of an agenda against Freo but I don’t think it’s the case. I actually agree with Karls roast on Ross not making himself available to PR for the Monday night interviews which used to be pretty good, and allow you to see (hear) a different side to Ross. I had a big chat to Karl at a WAFL function last year and he seems like a pretty good bloke, who loves his footy and wants to see WA footy grow and do well. I do think some Freo supporters have a real complex with the media.
