Does anyone know who sings it? I heard it again during the quarter time break on channel ten, i still cant get who it is. It goes something like ooh la la la or ooh na na na.

Sounds like you're talking about a Goldfrapp song
I didn't see it this evening, but one song it might be is Hurricane by Faker - I only say this because it has "ooh la la la" repeatedly in it, and is the kind of song that they'd use in football coverage.
They use Kaiser Chiefs - Na Na Na Na Na a bit too.
