I am so ashamed. I am addicted to Terrace House. I watched 46 episodes of B&GITC in 5 days and now i am stuck in an Aloha State vortex
I'm also addicted. I just discovered it on Sunday night with my wife and have been binge watching the latest season as soon as she gets home from work until it's time to sleep. While I'm waiting for her to get home I have been watching B&GITC which I am actually enjoying more than the latest season.

Aloha state is not great so far, i think because its in Hawaii and its not so japanese so i am going through it slower but its such a strange show. I love the commentators, and how different Japanese courting is!

those ******* morons. if rule zero of the internet is don't fu** with cats then surely rule 1 is don't feed the trolls.
nothing that they did helped catch him. everything they did helped egg him on.
I disagree, the guy was going to murder all along. They tried to do some sleuthing in a private group they found some good stuff out authorities didn't listen.

I just finished it. And I have a few questions. It was almost like a "and poochy went to space never to return" type ending.

Yea, I really enjoyed it, and the ending was great, but a little unsatisfying at the same time...

Turns out that a lot of the shit that went on was just a massive coincidence, right? Like the dead Alpaca, Danta filming the Mum, etc?

Uncut Gems

Really enjoyed it. Unexpected but Sandler knocks it out of the park. The ending, that final bet..... Intense.

I actually felt exhausted when I finished watching, from start to end it had me gripped.

Definitely recommend.

Read a few posts on here (including yours) and maybe set my expectations to high - was ok at best. It was definitely an engrossing type of film due to never slowing down but in the end i didnt really give a shit about the main character.

Sandler was ok but was hard to understand at times

I read up on it after watching it and sounds like the reality wasnt quite what was shown through the interviews

Sandler was good but some peoples call that he should be included in award season are a bit overblown - liked KG's performance even if he is hamming up a version of himself 8 years prior. I don't think the movie set out to have you emotionally invested in the lead as he was clearly a piece of shyte but it was a relentless paced movie that felt more like a cinematic roller coaster ride.

Yeah definitely didnt slow down at all - good at times, frustrating at times i reckon. The missus hated it - 'thats 2 hours of my life i wont get back'

That quote would be great on the cover - would get most blokes interested in watching.

I read up on it too and watched another documentary and found that it was fairly accurate. What did you read?

I’m a bit the same, about halfway through and just not feeling it. Think I’ve got too caught in the hype.

Just finished watching Empire Series: the Ottoman about their conquest of Constantinople.

It’s a docu-drama but one of the better ones I’ve seen.

anyone watch The Pharmacist?
it looks kinda interesting but i'm not sure if i'm prepared to invest 4 hours in it.
My colleague said it as boring and turned it off after 20 minutes.

What do people do after they stop watching a show? i hate it always being in my continue watching queue so i always delete it from viewing activity but sometimes it wont bloody delete! does anyone else have this problem?

Too much angst not worth the effort ?
After KG took the black opal we just felt we knew where the story was going and I didn't like Sandler's character enough to be interested in how that played out.
