As someone who completely missed the Wii generation I don't know much about the wiimote and nunchuk controllers so can someone help me out as to where the best place to buy one (or two) is? I picked up SMG2 on the eShop but need motion controls.

EB games have preowned buy one get one free for about $30-40, is there a better option than that and are the dodgy, non-Nintendo affiliated controllers an option?

etting one for around 40 bucks from EB sounds good enough and you might be able to go pick up a nunchuck at cashies for 5 bucks, or just get both from cashies if you don't wanna spend much

It's because most of the games that they put on the console sold like ass.

EA will support a system as long as it sees enough money to be made, hell they still put out FIFA 14 for PS2 & the original Wii. When EA withdrew support for Wii U the games had made up for a combined 1.3% of their quarterly profits. Those figures also included whatever sales could be scrounged up on the original Wii as well.

It simply didn't make financial sense, hopefully now that the install base has had a decent turn around EA can eventually look at bring their Sports franchises back to the console. But let's not pretend like there wasn't sound financial thinking behind their initial decision.

Just incase anyone is interested, The Good Guys may still have skylanders bundles in stock. Lutwyche store in Brisbane has about 5 on display behind the main counter for $294 each.

I know it's nothing compared to the deals of mid 2014, but it's pretty good for now and I'm sure you could haggle that price down and other stores could have it at lower prices anyway.

say Nintendo threw heaps of money at Bethesda to do an enhanced Wii U Morrowind (original Xbox I know), Oblivion and Fallout 3

Was thinking of the PipBoy on the Wii-U gamepad............:thumbsu:

Club Nintendo shutting down this year, hopefully we get some good rewards coming up.

Quick question, does the Australian Club Nintendo do the free download for elite members mid year or is that just an American/ European thing?

****, better look into using my stars...

Lucario, Ike, Toon Link, Sheik amiibo are available for pre-order at ozgameshop but at 30 bucks each.. I want 2 but should really only get 1 at those prices

Stars catalogue is down for maintenance on club Nintendo. Reckon they might be adding some new stuff given the recent announcement?
I want the 3DS game case that the U.S gets.
