Would the board ever have the stones to give Nisbett the boot?! The man pretty much controls football in this state...

We really should wait till we make our next grand final before exposing this storyThat's ancient history - like 15 years ago.
From what I can remember his exit from the the Club came about very quickly - at the time can remember wondering there has to be more to this story than what is being conveyed. The mystery has never been solved but all I know is Cook was a first class CEO. The combination of Malthouse/Nisbett/Cook was held in high esteem by many and I was sorry when Cook left.I've heard Cook had his own reasons for leaving WA.
How much sage do I add and how long does it take to Cook a Nisbett?
Most of us have heard that Nisbett knifed Brian Cook.
I've never heard the story, and although I think it's time for Nisbett to go, I've never got how a CEO gets knifed by a Football Manager, it's ultimately the board's decision.
Send me a personal message and I will fill you in on the whole story.
