We're not justifying it, we're pissed off that we - the West - bear responsibility for it. It should never have happened and if a pack of seppo war hawks and multinational energy thieving scum had left things alone it never would and Ukraine would probably be a trading member of the EU by now as well. Ireland is a good example here. They have a giant aggressive colonialist neighbour who has wreaked untold suffering on them over the centuries.

The Irish fought back, and got most of their country back.

So they got themselves into the EU and security via trade, not security alliances.

I didn’t post that for the link with the embarrassed by the Turks comment. Whoever runs account is really into abandoned military equipment. I only meant to post the abandoned Russian stuff in Ukraine. I’m pretty sure whoever runs that account is Syrian and has a deep hatred for Russia. They posted some really disturbing things in 2017 that the Russians did to a Syrian man. Honestly the things people are capable of is unbelievable.

I've seen photos of torture victims from South America and central America. I saw them 30 years ago and they are still in my head today. Wish i'd never seen them.
