Is Beauty and the Beast suitable for children?

Yeah I'd say so, it's obviously a bit more intense than the animated version, and there are a few scary bits (from a kid's POV) but I'd say it should be ok. Depends what ages I suppose?

Funnily enough the only one to get nominated for Best Picture haha. Think it and Lion King were my favourites. Mulan good value too.

I'm talking at a younger age. I was a Star Wars nut too but Disney was at a younger age. Each to their own I guess. Lion King was pretty awesome.

This minus the Star Wars and stand up for me. I watched sport and power rangers and that's it. Only Disney movies I remember watching as a kid are Aladdin and the lion king. Don't think I watched the rest. I was probably watching the Australian Golf Open on channel 7 as a 7 year old instead of beauty and the beast
