Could it be because they dont have sufficient evidence as to whom it was that abused him and with no charges/convictions they had to tread carefully around it?Finished watching that Aaron Hernandez doc today. I thought it was really weird how they just brushed past the fact he was sexually abused as a kid. It literally got mentioned once and that's it. Considering how much they focused on his sexuality and the CTE, it just made no sense that they practically chose to ignore something so significant.

They just did a live press conference and one of the officials said that there were 9 people on board, instead of the initial reports of 5.![]()
Well typing this unhelpful comment was a massive waste of your time, then. And frankly, having to read it was a waste of ours.I no longer get upset by celebrity deaths. fu** knows why, must be an age thing. Don’t follow basketball at all so this news didn’t affect me in the slightest
Well they embellished the stuff about his high school QB so they could just have easily done the same about the abuse if they wanted to.Could it be because they dont have sufficient evidence as to whom it was that abused him and with no charges/convictions they had to tread carefully around it?
The QB consented to it though didn't heWell they embellished the stuff about his high school QB so they could just have easily done the same about the abuse if they wanted to.
Well the QB wasn't actually the starting QB at all. He played 2 snaps the whole time they were at school together. Kinda ruins his credibility to me.The QB consented to it though didn't he
That's definitely stretching the truth but not to the lengths of naming his abuser thoughWell the QB wasn't actually the starting QB at all. He played 2 snaps the whole time they were at school together. Kinda ruins his credibility to me.
Yep, was thinking this earlier. Throwing paper/plastic in my desk bin will never feel the same - nor will launching my laundry into the washing basket.I'm not a basketball fan, but at work whenever we toss something in the bin it's always followed by saying Kobe. He is/was a part of pop culture and this a sad day for everyone involved or effected.
I should have added “RIP” but I get what you’re saying. Just an honest take though guv. He will probably almost be canonised now so my take doesn’t matter one bit. But sorry I can’t get emotional about someone who threw a ball into a basket. But RIP to him and especially his little girl which is heartbreaking, but RIP also to everyone else who lost their lives in accidents todayWell typing this unhelpful comment was a massive waste of your time, then. And frankly, having to read it was a waste of ours.
The footage of the crash looks terrifying, knowing what was about happen and being helpless to do anything.
