Who watched it last night?

I've seen it half a dozen times and it cracks me up every time.

Ricky Gervais is now up there with John Cleese in the creation of a classic character in David Brent.

I watched it for the first time, and I must say, the show was hilariously funny. Watching Pom's trying to bull**** their way out of situations is great fun.

"If anything they should be rewarded" :D

You see workplaces like that everywhere. lol

Someone else likes coupling ? Great stuff.

Don't think it would resonate so much with aussie office workers - we are a bit closer to that cult american film "office space"

Bloody funny series..watched all of series one on DVD and each episode is funnier than the previous.

Number one show in London........when it was announced that the show would end it made front page news.

The poms still know how to make the best comedies.

Wonderful show.

I bought the DVD last week, some of the extra features are hilarious.

Definitely worth owning.

I could have mentioned it a long time ago. But, then again, I think it is one of the worst 'comedies' I have ever seen.

I wonder what a talented writer and cast could have done with the office environment. Certainly something with a greater range and depth than this.

I mean, how many times can you laugh at the one joke (that the main character is a jerk), not that it's much of a joke.

And I speak as a long term Civil Servant who has seen more 'chracters' in a working environment than you can shake a stick at.

Dammit, forgot about it the other night!!! Thought the opening episode was fantastic.

Oh well, the new video can now be programed for such things (and the old video is going to be smashed into very very small pieces).
