Sheerly for his ability on the offensive boards for me. Id say Erden is better defensively, Mozgov better offensively. Mozgov could be anything. Way too early to call but still a risk worth taking for Denver.

Doesn't matter if they're sick of him, that sort of deal is an insult and wouldn't come close to getting it done. He's an elite talent. You don't just give up on that, you stick with it. They will want him to be the face of the Kings along with Tyreke for a long time.

Wouldnt of been much of a issue either way I think hence why I think the Knicks could of held there ground a bit more and said "Fields, Mozgov are off the table completely". You bent over by handing them Gallinairi it seems, you bent over for seconds when you threw in Mozgov IMO.

That team is a lot better than:

Billups/Douglas
Fields/Brewer
Anthony/Balkman
Amare
Turiaf/Williams

Not only is the first team better but it has a hell of a lot more room to maneuver if things go pear shaped.

I just don't understand it from a Knicks point of view, if he wasn't traded by the deadline he wasn't going anywhere other than New York in the summer as a free agent.

Why would Denver want Felton though? and who would want him?

Its not the determinant, its just one of the many factors that eventually pushed it over the line in the Nuggets favor.

Losing Mozgov hurts the Knicks alot more than it benefits the Nuggets is all ill say so why was he a part of the deal for?
