The rationale: I'm not convinced he is the second best player in the draft but GWS are in a position where they are already that stacked with talent they can look at intangibles and need, even with a top two pick. McGrath brings them leadership and professionalism, will learn from the best in Heath Shaw and may end up as a midfielder. The obvious pick here for me.

Goes back to me. I'll pick Sam Petrovski-Seton for Brisbane.

Personally think he is the classiest player in the draft. Has an innate ability to find space and is the best user by a country mile. See so much of wells in him with his side step. Brisbane have enough inside mids with beams and co and could really use SPS drifting through half forward and midfield.

Missed it by that much. With SPS gone I take Tim Taranto. A midfielder who can go forward and kicks goals would add an important layer to the blues rebuild. Would compliment what they already have in their midfield at the moment
