Interesting.

I know back in the day it caused a lot of problems, mostly due to the ball being pretty bloody heavy I thought? Whenever it got wet it basically ruined the ball.

I kind of assumed with technology for the ball, they'd be able to get on top of it.

Would be hard to stamp it out at the professional level, so many players would just keep playing on instinct (which I get is why they're trying to stop it from a younger age).
