Sounds like mandatory in all but name by making it incredibly not worth it to go unvaccinated. Still a bit confused about what situations exist where people would be 'exempt' from vaccination - would have thought any medical risks of the vaccination are only amplified with regards to COVID itself.

Yep. Don't want to vaccinate your kids - fine - your choice. Just don't expect medicare cover and/or childcare benefit / rebates for your children in childcare.

Pretty soon even the most ardent anti-vaxers cave and vaccinate their children. They do have the choice not to though.

A few VAR changes for this year.

Thicker lines on offside calls, will hopefully eliminate the "offside by a toenail" decisions.

Also a higher threshold for "contact" penalties, contact alone will not equal a penalty.

All sounds good but Mike Riley is still in charge.

Thought VAR worked pretty well in the Euros, and there's no reason it shouldn't work in the Premier league.

Fofana stretcheted off against Villarreal with what could be serious leg injury according to the Athletic …they have Evans still out as well and Fb Castagne still recovering from eye socket injury from Euros. Hopefully not too serious with Fofana

Broken leg. Absolutely disgusting challenge from Fer Nino.

SkySports claim that if Eriksen somehow returns to football, it would be 6 months away.

It really depends on what heart condition he suffers from that brought on the cardiac arrest.

A common one that doesn't appear until late 20s usually is overgrown valves causing the heart to work harder than normal. A good mate suffered from this, he was seriously out of breath all of a sudden at 29 years old after being otherwise fit & healthy. That can be resolved with an operation so if thats what Eriksen suffered from and he didnt suffer any permanent damage from the cardiac arrest than yes he could return. But it still hasn't been released what actually caused his cardiac arrest although it would surely be known by now.

No need for this at any time let alone a bloody pre season game…shocking
