Neymar just blighted by bad career choices. Should've never joined Barca, even though he carried them in 2015. Both Barca and PSG were s**t choices so he has to live with that. Could've been a great like Ronaldinho but he wasted his career.

Is that the former Barcelona and PSG player Ronaldinho?

Yea the Ronaldinho who was the best player on every team he played for and remembered as a great for Brazil. Neymar is remembered as always being second fiddle and the talisman for the shittest Brazil I've ever seen. Neymar just made shit career choices

Yes I'm still not convinced he's going to be a world beater we can build our atrack around, but he's actually not been half as bad as people make out. Makes things happen.

18 goals/assists this season. That's definitely up there. I feel like he is always going to be a bit of a chaos man. Someone you definitely love to have in the team. I reckon there will be games where he will score 2 world class peaches to be followed by missing a sitter. An enigma for sure. Love him to bits.

Agreed, but to win a league title you need predictability. People who get it done week in, week out.

Nunez is a fantastic asset to have. His numbers are actually pretty good relative to a lot of other more highly regarded forwards, and he has shown he is capable of turning a game on its head if he’s in the mood, but until he can get that consistency in my view he’ll be the icing not the cake.

Saudis showing their true lack of class - again.

Nobody will ever take them seriously.

And the two clubs on show can’t even say anything about it since they are sellouts for even going to Saudi Arabia for a domestic match.

Players like that go on confidence. I blame the Pool fans not backing him and Klopp for messing him around. But this season Klopp has started to rely on him at least.

I'm sure the four participating clubs love the prize money but the decision to sell the Supercopa to Saudi Arabia was down to the Spanish Football Federation, in particular by Luis "kiss on the lips" Rubiales.

From his Wikipedia page.

On 18 April 2022, the Spanish digital newspaper El Confidencial published some leaked documents and audio files that they called Supercopa Files, which included conversations that took place in 2019 between Rubiales and the footballer and businessman Gerard Piqué. The audio files find Rubiales negotiating to pay Piqué commissions related to playing the Supercopa de España in Saudi Arabia. One of the conditions for these commissions was that two of the four participating teams would need to be Barcelona (Piqué's club at the time) and Real Madrid. Rubiales would also benefit from these commissions due to the variable part of his salary in the federation.

Remember the match, and being really disappointed with our performance. But dont recall anything specific about Sancho.

Him, Foden and Brahim Diaz were the key players in that team, and none of them covered themselves in glory.

But interesting (there could be the benefit of hindsight here) that Sancho stood out to Dyer.

I'm hoping he gets some sort of form back at Dortmund.

I would happily have him back at United if he rediscovers his Dortmund form, because he was excellent back then and still can be excellent. Ineos need to get rid of lots of deadwood and replace them with capable footballers and I find Jadon to be a capable footballer. It would be interesting to see him linking up with better teammates in attack.

Bonus point: I thought it was Kieron Dier all these years.

Sancho was a regular starter for England - until he signed for United! His last game was in the Euro 2020 final against Italy. Southgate brought him and Rashford on at the 120 minute mark so they could take penalties in the shoot out. They both missed.

No shame in getting destroyed by James, the only thing that can beat him is his own body.

Sounds like the perfect United player for this team then
