jd2010 has a good story about abusing referees.
When I was 18, we had to play in Margaret River which was a four hour drive back then. It was my turn to sit on the bench. I got subbed on in the second half. 5 Minutes later I got sent off for saying F**kin hell.

Also, just read that Cesare Maldini passed away. Remember him being somewhat of a decent coach.
Yeah did alright with Paraguay in 02 I think?

He would have been close to 90 at a guess.

Yea that's a garbage ref, shouldn't even be a yellow.

Clearances is misleading. Teams play different styles. Klopp doesnt want us just hoofing it clear. He wants us to build from the back and pass our way through. Clearing it and hoofing it up field is a last resort if in real danger.

Also teams have to deal with different levels of possession and pressure against their defence.

Still a clearance is better than a goal against so sometimes just getting it out is best

By Spurs posters a lot of the time.
Not exclusively. That's all irrelevant though, he's had a vastly improved season. Funny what competition for spots does. Both full backs have had very good seasons imo.

Gets a bad wrap for his pre Poch ways still
He's a much underrated player by opposition fans and Spurs fans alike. However, like Moomba said, he is liable to at least one complete **** up that provides a scoring chance for the opposition every couple of games. Like that game against West Ham at WHL where he was just about MotM before he handed Lanzini that goal on a silver platter. Good player though.

Pretty even between our two!

Doesn't Fuchs play LB?

Yeah he does. Oversight on my behalf.

This is the comparison with our RB

Walker definitely ahead, particularly in an attacking sense. Must admit, thought the difference might have been bigger though.

It's funnier because of who posted it...

You're confusing a clearance with a long ball.

When the ball comes into the box, you don't chest it down and play tiki-taka.

So i'd suspect players at Villa, Newcastle, Sunderland etc lead the league in clearances because their teams will be defending most and facing balls coming into the box at a high rate.
