wonder how quick it usually takes for 10 and down to be in double figures for losses already.

plus this is a league with west brom 8th, burnley 10th and the reigning champions sitting 16th. and you cant even say all 3 dont deserve to be where they are.

Lampard has officially retired. Amazing career, and I can't see him out of the game for long.

One of my favourites, even before City/New York City.

Apparently going to get his coaching qualifications. Would get him into CFG straight away.

Have had the same thought. Don't really go for great player = great manager but he's one of the smartest footballers I've seen and a natural leader and example to others.

A draw against bottom-of-the-table Hull was poor -- not that the visiting players saw it that way as they boarded their team coach.

One, Irishman David Meyler, was shouted over by the many Irish United fans. He gladly signed autographs.

The Republic of Ireland international was handed a United shirt to sign. He smiled, put in in his pocket, then took it onto the team bus, where he held it up laughing. The fans laughed, too.

For not the first time that night, Hull City had United in their back pocket.

:D

Been reported that Berahino copped an 8 week drug ban before his move to Stoke.

Raises a few issues. Personally don't think non PEDs should be tested for but I think that ship has sailed.

Secondly if you fail a test and get banned why is it kept secret. Just means a heap of innuendo for anyone missing any length of time.

Thought it might have been drugs. Where'd you see that? Only saw it reported more vaguely.
