Funnily enough when it comes to forgettable PL clubs, over the off-season when I was looking at Sporcle quizzes, one which was "Name the PL clubs" you had a lower percentage of successful guesses than Hull. Even after winning the title. Go figure.

Not even sure how accurate that would be. Bruce I was unsure on - there is Pallister, Rio, Stam. Evra contends with Irwin. Strikers? Rooney? Cole? Yorke? Very tough indeed. And who'd be on the bench?

All three are excellent players tbf. I agree with you though, I think Vidic's peak years at the club were better than the others. I'd have gone with a Vida and Rio partnership.

Stam is a better version of Vida. DDG peak is better than VDS. Uncle Pat is Evra.

Moomba is trolling by putting Rooney in the team and in midfield. He never played there under SAF. he played a bit of Left wing occasionally.

I put Rio in because I think he'd work well as a combo of either Stam or Vidic. Those two together would be fine but all three have merit and I chose the best combo.

Horseshead or campaignerona? Just went with RVN goal scoring record. Cantona could have taken Scholes or Rooney (both playing behind the forward) spot but I reckon those two are better.
