38? I played many junior cricket matches in 40 degree heat. It's tolerable with low humidity and plenty of water breaks.

A League games are postponed once wet bulb temperatures reach 28 degrees which is probably unlikely if it is a dry, hot day.

None of them are really goal scoring midfielders, except for maybe Alli, and even then, it might be a stretch.
