Hi all, apparently no one at the club or @ infinite retail wants to help me so i will resort to seeking help here.

Does anyone know if you can use gift cards bought from the port store @ alberton through the online store? It appears to not be working for me.

I'm sick of going into the actual store and they are out of my sizes every time and/or they don't have any of the items I've seen and want from on line. So I wanted to save myself another pointless trip.

Did you get a reply to this? I have recently received a voucher and may look at using it online given the recent comments about the store at the club.

I also logged in using my member details and there appeared to be no discount on the normal prices.

Second part fixed, I was using the ID of a membership that I didn't renew this year.

Unfortunately you can't use vouchers bought in-store online.

This is quite frustrating for me because the store is a decent drive, and they never have any XL/XXL stock, so I end up just wasting a drive. I did get to try on the XL media polo in white but really wanted the grey one. So now probably have to wait for half a season like last years media polo debacle to get one.

speaking of the gawler line, there is a family who catches it all the time who literally show every aspect of inbreeding. webbed fingers and toes, asymmetrical faces, very very long necks, one leg longer than the other. they all travel in a big pack and always shop together. i often see them riding vespers down main north road in a quadrangle of doom formation.

I received an awesome grey magpies hoodie for Christmas, unfortunately it was discoloured on the hood/shoulder.... I emailed the Port Store and received an email back from this lot. They told me to send it to them and they would sort out a replacement.... Still waiting for said replacement to arrive. I've emailed them twice and have had no response! They are a terrible business which is unfortunately giving our Port Store a bad name.
