Ok, I get what you're saying now. I agree that last year's shorts were better, but I'd take this fairly inconspicuous curved pin-stripe over that horrible '97 style fat AFL logo piping any day.

I noticed that at the ground, I wonder if the poorly matched shirt to shorts was due to the fact we were wearing 2015 guernseys though?

Fingers crossed the 2016 kit matches up better.

The re-make of the 1997-2002 away strip definitely looks a lot better than the premiership reunion Guernsey of 2014, I think they've done this one to look fairly similar to how it was whereas the SBS Guernsey a couple years ago actually looked nothing like the premiership strip. To be frank, it was terrible. I reckon the Port Store will do pretty good out of this one though, not 2014 elimination final Guernsey levels but should still be a fair few get sold.

PS: what is with the weirdo's on facebook saying that this should replace the current home Guernsey? I like this strip and think it is pretty cool to see it re-visited but it seems the current BIB Guernsey is extremely underrated by our facebook followers. Some of the slagging of our current strip was quite disturbing.
